Your satisfaction is important to us, but please note that all sales are final. We are not currently offering refunds, returns, or exchanges. To assist in making your purchase decision, we have provided detailed measurements of each product.
Please be aware that our garments are secondhand and most are over 20 years old, which means they may show varying degrees of wear including dirt, paint, distressing, or other marks.
If you wanted to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please reach out to us at therustictags@gmail.com. There will be a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of restocking the items + the card processing fee.
